Clinical Research Services

The Texas A&M AgriLife Institute for Advancing Health Through Agriculture is proud to offer clinical research services to Texas A&M University researchers as well as researchers at other organizations who conduct human studies. With a combination of brick-and-mortar research clinics as well as mobile units that can travel across the state, our mission is to provide an innovative solution for researchers to expand their work through the ability to conduct data collection in a variety of settings by qualified medical personnel.
We can also provide services for community outreach, extension, and educational events throughout the state of Texas using our mobile units – known formally as Mobile Health Assessment Centers, MHACs.
All research conducted by IHA’s clinical research services must be approved by Texas A&M’s Institutional Review Board, IRB, before execution of services. Any faculty member acting as the Principal Investigator or the supervising faculty member of any project being conducted by IHA’s clinical research services is responsible for the scientific conduct of the project.
