Strong Teens for Healthy Schools (STHS) is a middle school-based nutrition and physical activity program funded by the National Institute for Minority Health and Health Disparities. It’s a 16-week curriculum that aims to inspire students to create a healthy change in their school’s environment through a team-based project. The goal of this project is to create sustainable healthy habits to improve student cardiovascular and metabolic health while promoting positive youth development.
